T wie Tomatensosse

Ja, die Tomaten... 

...die mussten weg...

...Knoblauch und Zwiebel schälen und ...

...in Olivenöl brutzeln...

...1 Essl. Tomatenmark, 
1 Teel. Salz und
1 Spritzer *Stevia* dazugeben... 

... die inzwischen gründlich gewaschenen 
und klein geschnittenen 
Tomaten dazugeben und
ca. 10 Minuten kochen lassen. 

... mit den Rest-Nudeln von gestern...

... und etwas Käse ...

... oder ein paar Spareribs geniessen.
